Letters to the Town of Warwick

from Rene Greville

aka AWL Saunders

Wymondham in Norfolk

Dear Warwick.

I hope you are bearing up.

This site has been up for three days and its been sent to and read by every party involved.

Guess what? There has been not one email, one injunction or one lawsuit from people publicly branded as a bunch of sleazy contemptible crooks. Why not?

Its because the old rule applies:

"You cant do this to honest people who will fight back - you can only do this to crooks".

If none of the parties named in The Warwick Enquirer act at once then the police will start arresting people and recovering THE TOWN OF WARWICK'S PROPERTY.

You will be shocked by my "intemperate language" but remember the situation is very simple and well documented.

The Mayor of Warwick could have had £12,000,000 in the next couple of weeks - of which the parishioners would have had £1,200,000.

Hundreds of local families could have hung on to their homes. Bankruptcies avoided. A little help for disabled children - and their parents. And a gentler Christmas for Warwick,

But that wont happen because Merlin, owned by Lego (who should really be ashamed of themselves) has stepped up and are saying: "No, we're keeping the swords and charging people £26 to see them - Vaughan Robert's said we could."

So please remember that one doesn't win battles having tea and cucumber sandwiches with the local vicar. No. One has to be relentless!

Please Warwick, send emails, letters, make phone calls and demand an answer from Lego and Merlin.

Stay well, stay safe, stay sane.

Rene

Please help me because I'm just so exhausted and not well. Just spread the word to everyone you know who has some morals - unlike Lego and Merlin Entertainments Ltd.

Dear Warwick.

I hope you are bearing up.

Another busy day at The Enquirer. Waiting to hear from the thousands of people who visit this site looking for Fulke. Well that was in the 17th century and this is 2020.

Waiting to hear some murmur of complaint from Pretty Boy Varney. Some CEO eh?

We are going to leave Mini Merlin Varney now and go for Merlin himself. The head man at Lego who owns Merlin Entertainments, and tells Pretty Boy Varney what to do.

They have all been magicked by the Jerusalem Swords - its called "the Magic of  Raw Greed". For them its like drinking seawater "the more you drink the thirstier you become"

Alas poor Warwick, Lego's Castle that let disabled

children starve.

They are talking about crazy money for the swords now, so that's some comfort.

There is more good news - the planned "Tiny Tim's Feast" hopefully filmed by my fine friend the respected TV producer Jago Lee and if he agrees he can cut it into the first episode of the documentary which he already completed.

Because Tiny Tim was right "God bless us one and all .......... and can we have our swords back please"

I will write again tomorrow and include a contribution from one of my dear Brothers, who has an opinion on the Warwick's Sainsbury's latest wheeze with Lego for the little children of Warwick.

Now I know why they used to say "more front than Sainsbury's!

Stay well, stay safe, stay sane.

Dear Warwick.

I hope you are bearing up.

I am very sorry to have to inform you that Warwick will not be getting £12,000,000 in the Mayor's Charity account on or before December the 13th and the parishioners of St Mary's Church won't be getting £1,200,000 and the Choir of St Mary's Church, Warwick, won't be getting £600,000.

Why? Because Merlin Entertainments Ltd, are scheming to hang on to the swords which they agreed to hand over to me in a legal settlement.

Alas poor Warwick, Lego's Castle that let the

children starve.

I will write again tomorrow.

Stay well, stay safe, stay sane.

Dear Mr Dumbleton.

As senior partner may I ask if you can ensure that the Diocese of Coventry supplies the "clear understanding" between St Mary's Church, Warwick and Merlin Entertainments.

The Mayor of Warwick will confirm that Merlin's false and frankly disgusting lies have stopped a sale to a private buyer for £12,000,000 with no fees or commissions. They say I should come back "when you get the swords out of the castle". Obviously, no buyer is going to make an offer as long as Merlin's conspiracy remains in place.

Please Mr Dumbleton, in the name of common humanity, tell the Diocese to supply full evidence of their "clear understanding" with the church which stops help for starving children in Warwick. Both the Mayor and the Warwickshire Freemasons have asked me to advertise their appeals for help for children in The Warwick Enquirer- coming on Friday.

Please, Mt Dumbleton ask someone in the church to say something or they will face shame and scandal - to my great grief - but the cause is just and the emergency real.

Thank you Sir

Yours Sincerely

[ Edited for legal reasons ]

Dear Ms Allanson.

The Jerusalem Swords, Merlin Entertainments Ltd and Reverend Vaughan Roberts

I have been trying for months to obtain any cooperation from the Diocese of Coventry, but the Church absolutely refuses to answer. I have been supplied with no statements or documentation to show why the people of Warwick will not have £12,000,000 for Christmas and Rev. Roberts will not receive £1.200,000 and the choir will not receive £600,000 and as for the poor. ill and disabled children in the town they get nothing.

Why? Because the Church of England has, according to Merlin, who lie like troopers, there is a "clear understanding" with Rev. Roberts, who does not own the swords and has nothing to do with it, but has, according to Merlin, said that they can keep MY PROPERTY, and charge people a £26 entrance ticket to see them.

This is now about the 30th letter I have written trying to get either Rev. Roberts or the Church to show why the children of Warwick starve and Merlin will grow fatter still.

I am respectfully asking you to contact your clients and supply me with the documentary evidence (which surely must exist - no?) by which Rev. Roberts "enables" Merlin to deprive the parishioners of St Mary's Church of desperately needed help.

As a matter of extreme urgency will the Diocese of Coventry supply me TODAY with either:

  1.    Confirmation of a "clear understanding"         with evidence of same.

  2.    An official denial of Merlin's claims to have     the legal right to retain my property.

[ Redacted ]

I ask again, in the name of the parishioners of St Mary's Church, will the Church please ANSWER at last and tell these people why their money wont be coming by Christmas.

Please, please, Ms Allanson, will you convince you clients to obey the laws of common decency.

Be safe, be well

Dear Rene - Thanks for your email and I hope that you are keeping well in these difficult and complicated times.

St Mary's was approached by Stuart Bailey about this and I acknowledged the outcome of the legal process and said that we all agreed that the safest place to display the sword would continue to be Warwick Castle for the time being.

That is very different to saying that you can keep them after all.

Apologies if I have created a misunderstanding here

Dear Mr Ashcroft.

We both know there is no contract. Reverend Roberts confirmed that to me after the Stuart Bailey BBC pullout.

You are holding goods worth millions of pounds and meant to help poor desperate people right now, and it’s all being done on a fictitious contract.

This is getting to the point of a criminal conspiracy to obtain the “Jerusalem Swords” from their rightful owners “to obtain pecuniary advantage”, “Fraud”, false legal submissions and all from:

The Castle that let the people starve”. I will put all this up for the people of Warwick and the equally distressed Warwick Team, local people whose livelihoods are that castle, people who will benefit from my Father’s Bequest (as advertised”.

I can only say to Mr Varney this:

“You Sir are responsible for the greatest public relations disaster since Ronson and his “crap”.

I hope the new setup of my website will be completed shortly and as I have already informed you I will quote from my correspondence with you and print my “begging letter” to Mr Varney in full so they read that.

Have a good safe holiday with more time to spend with your family.

Dear Mr Ashcroft.

Wasted Costs, Costs, Costs

Today I have to inform Farrer & Co that the Queen, in her private capacity is now definitely going to be a party to Regina and All the Grevilles -v- Merlin Entertainments Ltd. because under The Faculty Acts and her descent from Fulke Greville is the one eight owner of Fulke's relics, Jerusalem and Lohengrin, commonly known as "The Jerusalem Swords". All these facts are closely described in my particulars of claim and to which you settled.

Farrar & Co are going to go mad and demand "at once" the contract between Merlin Entertainments and the Anglican Church on which Merlin stands, who signed it and when.

When I tell them I have been trying to see this contract between the Church and Merlin, both from St. Mary's Church and Merlin since August but no one will give them to me, they are going to say "Wasted Costs" from your refusal to disclose a contract upon which your base your entire case, and curse me for getting the Queen involved.

Please Mr Ashcroft, you had this contract in your hand or on your screen yesterday when you prepared your lond legal argument to me. People are suffering in the name of common humanity, please within the next few moments send me the contract before Farrar & Cp's meter starts whizzing. I think you are obliged to do that anyway.

This is a fundamental moment in the matter of "Wasted Costs". I await receipt of the contract. Thank you.

Dear Mr Ashcroft.

I am so pleased to receive your email and your offer to return what you have found to the Church. Please believe me, the last thing on earth I want is to get involved in litigation and I will be so happy to live in peace with everyone.

My family is already committed to providing a secure steel "cabinet" to the church so that the relics will be completely secure in the Chapter House.

On behalf of my family I am very happy to accept your offer and I thank you for resolving this. I would only ask that Merlin would do their very best to find the other two swords and return them also. The banner may be long gone and the "Targe" (a round shield) may not have any definitive marks and thus may not be identifiable from several in the Castle, so it may also be lost.

So, to be exact. I and the heirs agree that the return to St Mary's Church of: One Rosicrucian sword: one Rosicrucian dagger, and two Swan crested tournament helmets, will resolve any claim against Merlin and indeed we undertake to publicly express our appreciation to Merlin for their help, thus, in Fulke Greville's words "leaving calm waters in our wake".

On a personal note, I thank you and wish you well Mr Ashcroft.

Yours Sincerely

Dear Mr Greville

I would note that I am providing this email to you not in response to your arbitrary timeframe for a response, but because I have now received an update from the team at Warwick Castle ...

Further to investigations by the team in Warwick I can confirm that we have in our possession: 1 sword, 1 short sword/dagger and 2 helmets that appear to meet the descriptions and photos you have provided. Furthermore, we have been in contact with St Mary’s Church, Warwick to discuss this matter with them.

Our offer to settle this matter amicably (and with no admission of liability) is that we will give these items to the Church. The question of what is then done with them (and where they are displayed) will be a matter for the Church to decide.

Please confirm if this is acceptable to you.

  • To make the residents of Warwick aware of these funds;

How Nick "Pretty Boy" Varney

got his nickname

Nick Varney is well known for his belief that his is one of the greatest beauties around. When asked to provide a profile to TowerStreet he wrote to them and supplied his own photo which he marked:

"Varney in his headquarters planning another attempt to take over the world's entertainment industry".

Mr Varney demanded that he was described as:

"Nick Varney is the handsome boss of Merlin Entertainments Ltd"

and demanded the text read:

"Every time someone observes this photo, his growing fandom raises by 10%."  I don't care what it's called, as long as it ends with ' Nick Varney is the handsome boss of Merlin Entertainments Ltd. '  That is all you need to know."

Varney's respect for the lower orders shines through.

A murdered spy and coded

messages from beyond

the grave.

By RICHARD PRICE FOR THE DAILY MAIL

Fulke Greville ... There is also a strong body of evidence to suggest that Fulke was a leading Rosicrucian - a member of an esoteric society of mystics whose symbol is a cross of roses … Many tens of thousands of Masons hold the sincere belief that Fulke was the first Grand Master of the Rosicrucian order - and a sword placed on the monument appears to bear its Rose Cross symbol … It is this strong link to the Rosicrucians which brings this extraordinary mystery fully into Dan Brown territory ...

Professor James Stevens Curl is our nation's leading expert on this period of British architecture’.”

Professor James Stevens Curl’s “Opinion” of

Fulke Greville's Monument:

"The monument may represent a Temple, a reference to the Temple of Solomon’

near which the murdered Hiram Abiff was buried ... an exiting find of great national importance"

Fulke Greville’s world was one in which the realms of the Magus, the Alchemist, and the delver into obscure byways were very evident, sometimes submerged, and sometimes less so.

It was a world in which the Occult, Religious Belief (not necessarily of an orthodox kind), and Astronomical and Alchemical investigations played their parts…

It may represent a ‘Temple’, a reference to the Temple of Solomon near which the murdered Hiram Abiff was buried

… and the ceremonial sword that once was associated with the monument would appear to have Rosicrucian allusions…of great national importance.

Professor Joscelyn Godwin’s “Opinion” of

Fulke's Monument and Swords

“Fulke Greville’s monument in St Mary’s Church, Warwick ... it is obviously a symbolic construction of proto-Masonic and probably Rosicrucian inspiration ...

Its symbolism speaks of the mystical spirituality of the period that blended esoteric Christianity with Hermetic, Kabbalistic, Platonic, and Pythagorean influences.

This is part of the history of the Church, both the physical church of St Mary’s and the Anglican Church itself."

The World’s Oldest Rosicrucian Temple in St Mary’s Church,

Warwick

The Anglican church of St. Mary’s Warwick, is the only Christian church in the world which contains both a Masonic pulpit and a Rosicrucian Temple.

It was built in 1618 by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir Fulke Greville (later Lord Brooke 1554-1628), who is widely believed to have been the first English Grand master of the Rosicrucians.

To build it Greville took over the entire Chapter House. It has its own entrance and on entering one is met with two pillars with obelisks above them.

The Masonic pulpit was placed in St Mary's Church in 1897 by the Warwickshire Freemason's led by Francis Greville, 5th Earl of Warwick. The beautifully carved pulpit is heavily carved with many Masonic symbols and a carved dedication:

To the Glory of the

Great Architect of the Universe

Every year, the Warwickshire Freemasons process through the streets of Warwick in full regalia to St Mary's Church for a special service there.

Leading experts have identified the Chapter House and its monument as some sort of ‘temple’, probably Rosicrucian. In Professor Joscelyn Godwin’s opinion: "it is obviously a symbolic construction of proto-Masonic and probably Rosicrucian inspiration … This is part of the history of the Church, both the physical church of St. Mary’s and the Anglican Church itself."

The architectural historian, architect, and author, Professor James Stevens-Curl, described by the Daily Mail as "our nation's leading expert on this period of British architecture", has written that:

"Greville’s monument may represent a Temple, a reference to the Temple of Solomon near which the murdered Hiram Abiff was buried … and the ceremonial sword that once was associated with the monument would appear to have Rosicrucian allusions… of great national importance."

In Professor Stevens-Curl’s Opinion:"There can be no other explanation for the sheer grandeur of the monument other than that there is something very special there. What is absolutely certain is that the size, cost and magnificence of the monument are intended to speak to us. There are plenty of clues about what it might be, and they suggest this is an incredibly exciting find."

There is a strong possibility that Fulke Greville’s private temple, in St Mary’s Church, Warwick, may be an older purpose-built Masonic Temple than Freemasons Hall in Queen Street, East Sunderland.

It seems fitting that the Rosicrucians and the Freemasons should share a common church in St. Mary’s, Warwick, because the Rosicrucians have long claimed to have been a source of Modern Freemasonry and in the 18th century, "many Freemasons became Rosicrucians and Rosicrucianism was established in many lodges." Wikipedia.

St. Mary’s is an historic landmark and tourist attraction and people have worshiped on this site for over 1,000 years. It is one of the largest and most interesting churches in Britain and the Beauchamp Chantry is recognised as the finest medieval chapel in England.

Taken all together it can be said that St. Mary’s Church, Warwick, is a very fascinating religious building; unique in all the world - three churches in one. Well worth a visit.

The Mayor of Warwick

to The Warwick Enquirer:

Holiday Hunger

                                                          22nd October 2020

Hi Rene.

I hope that all is well with you?

It was disappointing to see that Parliament decided yesterday that children who are need of free school meals will not receive support during the school holidays.

With half-term rapidly approaching, many children will potentially miss out on what, for some, is the only decent meal they get in a day.

Let’s hope that fortune favours those who are trying to make a difference and that we can kick-start helping the people of Warwick, and beyond, ASAP.

Kind regards

Terry
